The course covers all aspects of Tableau, starting with Tableau basics, learning how to connect it to a data file, and export a worksheet. I learned when it’s best to join or blend data in order to work with information from multiple sources.
The course taught me how to start visualizing data by creating various charts, maps, scatterplots, and interactive dashboards. It also covered the latest and most advanced features of data preparation in Tableau like creating table calculations, treemap charts, and storylines.
At the end, I was able to use the skills of the data scientist to extract knowledge from data and analyze and visualize complex questions with ease.
